Well, yeah it's technically called jocking if you're taking the codes. Espicially if you didn't ask for permission.
However the design part, should at least give credit as well since it was an inspiration to you to re-create the design.

Also, no it wasn't blaqheartedstar. It was someone else. xD Well, if you don't want it to happen again, try making you're own layouts & coding from the myspace section. There's a tutorial on it. (=

SO what your trying to tell me is that I can use the layout I had before, but I have to change the codes so that I made it by myself, and it can look exactly like the one I did with your code, but it has to be a code of my own, and I wont get iinto trouble? Oh, and I also have to take away the navigation image thing becuz u were the first one that brought it up?So that means as long as anybody creates anything, they cant use the navigation thing unless they ask u, cuz u thought of it first?
PS-I already know that blaqstar chic was the one who said something, i appreciate it^-^ just not how she said it XDatleast now I know not to do this.
By the way, i was wondering how u can get kicked off create a blog and stuff?
I just noticed my stuff/color didn't match when I went on somebody elses computer>.< My computer is stupid and doesn't show everything as clearly as other place, ex: it won't show scroll bar colors and some others>>>
